There are many points during the process of saving and citing resources where you might run into technical difficulties due to the variety and versions of internet browsers, information sources, and word processors. Choose whether you want to schedule a face-to-face or online appointment. Online sessions are held via Microsoft Teams, which is available to all Eastern students through your Panthermail / Office 365 account. Appointments can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance.
