Online students have access to all resources and services that the library provides, including:

 

  • Your EIU NetID and password give you access to online articles and ebooks
  • Specialized research assistance is provided by subject librarians (contact information for your Math and Education librarians is in the left-hand column of this page)
  • Ask a Librarian provides help via email and online chat
  • Books can be mailed to your home at your request
  • Articles can be emailed to you at your request
  • Your Panther Card or Continuing Education ID card is required to request books and articles from other libraries
  • Your Panther Card or Continuing Education ID card can be used to check out materials in person at other I-Share libraries
