What is Community Health?

Community Health focuses on the health a particular population or geographic community. Community health is typically more narrowly focused than public health, but the two fields share many techniques, concepts, and methods.

Since "community" can be defied as a population  sharing location, ethnicity or other identity, the Special Populations section of this guide covers health topics focused on ethnicity, locality, and other aspects of identity.
