MLA International Bibliography

MLA International Bibliography is the best database to search for articles on writing assessment.

In some cases, journals for your topic may not be available immediately at Booth Library. With this in mind, journals like Assessing Writing, Writing Center Journal, Writing on the Edge, WLN: A Journal of Writing Center Scholarship and WPA: Writing Program Administration, are still indexed and findable using the MLA International Bibliography. Once you identify articles you need, you can request them through Interlibrary Loan.

Type in the journal name and choose SO Journal Title to see a list of articles in that journal.

Click on in the results list to view the options for accessing an article. You should then see a page like this with information about accessing that article:

Fill out the required fields on the request form and click the submit button.

Note that the "Need By Date" is required.
