Center for Student Innovation

Welcome to the Center for Student Innovation!

The Center for Student Innovation (CSI) on the lower level of Booth Library includes an Active Learning Classroom with an integrated Design Lab (Makerspace). The CSI includes a variety of technology available for use by all members of the EIU community including a podcasting studio, virtual reality equipment, 3D printers, and more.

This guide provides resources for using the technology in the CSI. It is intended to give patrons tools for self-education and exploration. You are always welcome to email csi@eiu.edu for more information, or make a reservation at the CSI website.

Patrons who would like access to the CSI technology should make a request online.
